3. Taiwanese hosts, communication in Chinese from first question to check-in
The biggest worry on a long stay is communication breaking down: a contract you can't read, nobody to turn to when something comes up. The owner of Shinsai Wings is Taiwanese, and from inquiry and contract to check-in, everything is handled in Chinese (Traditional), which matters especially for students and first-time long stays abroad.

What's already in the room on move-in day
Moving in with just your luggage means your suitcase is all you need to bring. Each room type at Shinsai Wings is ready with the following on arrival:
- Beds and new bedding (duvet, pillows, sheets)
- Fridge, washing machine, microwave
- Stove and range hood, cookware, chopping board and knives, plates and cutlery
- Dining table and chairs, desk and chair
- Air conditioning, TV, curtains
- Water, electricity, gas and internet included in the stay
- Somewhere to dry laundry: balcony with Room B, C and D
The furniture and appliances belong to the property; simply leave them as they are when you check out.

How long to stay, and how to ask about dates
Shinsai Wings is a licensed short-stay minpaku, and the longer you stay, the better the monthly rate: short stays start from one month and monthly plans are priced by the month; stays of six months or more are available in Room B, C and D, while Room A suits a stay of 1–3 months. Availability goes by each listing's calendar and our reply on official LINE; the calendars for Room B, C and D are maintained on each listing by the management company. Do I need to bring my own furniture and appliances?
Every room type is ready on arrival with air conditioning, TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave, stove, cookware and tableware, and new bedding; arrive with your luggage and start living.
Can I cook every day?
Every bookable room type has a full kitchen and a private dining area, with cookware, chopping board and knives, plates and cutlery provided, so you can cook for as long as you stay.
Can family or friends stay long-term with me?

From Taisho Station, how do commuting and shopping work?
The nearest station is JR Taisho Station. The Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line runs direct from Taisho Station to Shinsaibashi, 4 stops, about 6 minutes, ¥190; Universal Studios Japan is 1 transfer at Nishikujo, about 18 to 22 minutes, ¥200 (varies slightly by train).
