The one thing to notice: this is a building, beyond a room
When most people browse Osaka stays on a booking site, the unit in their head is a room. The unit at Shinsai Wings is the whole building: a standalone building in Taisho Ward, Osaka, with a rare steel-frame structure, newly renovated and now in operation.

1. Every room type has its own bathroom, and all include a bathtub
This is the most valuable shot in the video, and it's often treated as background. On a group trip, what holds everyone up in the morning is the bathroom, far more than the beds. A private bathroom for every room type means each group gets ready on its own schedule in the morning; a bathtub in every room type means anyone who wants a soak at night can have one right away.
2. A private kitchen you can really cook in, plus a private dining area
“Kitchen included” can mean very different things on a listing. The video shows a private kitchen and a private dining area: after cooking, there's a place to sit down and eat together, all at one table. From the third day of a trip on, that really shows its value.
3. A large balcony
Outdoor space varies a lot among standalone stays in Osaka. The large balcony later in the video is one of the building's spaces beyond the bedrooms, useful for drying laundry, getting fresh air, and letting the kids burn off energy.
4. Tatami bedrooms (Room A and Room D only)
To be clear up front: tatami bedrooms are in Room A and Room D only. They're real bedrooms that get used, beyond decoration for the camera, and handy when you want young children to sleep low, right on the mat.

The video answers “what does it look like”; whether it suits your group is a separate question. What really decides how smoothly a stay goes is who's traveling and what kind of trip it is: infants, older relatives, three generations or a group of friends each call for a completely different room-type mix.
