Every bookable room type has its own full kitchen and private dining area — a stovetop, range hood, sink, cookware, a cutting board and knife, dishes and utensils, with the fridge and microwave in the same room.

Over a month or longer, eating out for every meal adds up in both cost and how your body feels — being able to cook for yourself is one of the most practical differences between a long stay and a short one. Over a stay this long, a kitchen is basic living infrastructure.

• The area has supermarkets, convenience stores and drugstores, so day-to-day errands don't mean a special trip just to buy soy sauce.
• The nearest station is JR Taisho, served by two different lines — an extra line means an extra backup route for your commute.

How is monthly rent calculated? What's included?

How do I get from Taisho Ward to Shinsaibashi or Universal Studios?

The nearest station is JR Taisho. The Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line runs direct from Taisho Station to Shinsaibashi, 4 stops, about 6 minutes, ¥190; Universal Studios Japan needs 1 transfer at Nishikujo, about 18–22 minutes depending on the train, ¥200.
