When a group rents the whole house, who gets Room C
When a group takes the whole house, deciding who goes where takes some coordination. Usually you start with the makeup of the group (the right room type for older relatives or families with kids), and pairs within the group suit Room C well.
The reason is simple: it's an independent room-type unit with its own bathroom (with bathtub) and kitchen, so the two of you can keep your own schedule.

1. An independent room-type unit
Room C is a self-contained unit in its own right, just like Room B and Room D. That's the biggest difference between Shinsai Wings and a standalone house opened up into one big shared sleeping space.
2. A private bathroom, with a bathtub
The video shows this room type's own bathroom. In this building every room type has its own private bathroom, and all include a bathtub, so whoever stays in Room C has the shower in the morning and the bath at night on their own schedule.
3. Newly renovated
The building opened after a full renovation. The walls, finishes and bathroom fittings you see in the video are how this room type looks today.
More than a room: every room type is a complete living unit
Room C is a complete independent unit in itself: every room type has its own private kitchen and private dining area; Room B, C and D each have a large balcony. These spaces beyond the bedroom are the real value of a whole-house stay. Cooking something, sitting down to talk with your travel companion, hanging the laundry: all of it happens inside your own room type.

Shinsai Wings is in Taisho Ward, Osaka, and Taisho Station is on the JR Osaka Loop Line; Universal Studios Japan is 1 transfer at Nishikujo, about 18–22 minutes (varies slightly by train). Shopping in Shinsaibashi or Namba is a single train ride too.
